key  responsibilities
•         implement  and  enforce  compliance  of  company  policies  and  procedures.
•         ensure  timely  and  accurate  transaction  processing.  prepare  management  report  and  financial  report  according  to  us  gaap  and  prc  gaap.
•         ensure  proper  registration  with  appropriate  authorities  on  tax  bureau‚  safe‚  the  customs‚  etc.
•         review  statutory  and  tax  reporting  for  the  legal  entity  and  ensure  proper  filing  of  financials  to  the  appropriate  authorities.
•         support  internal  and  external  audit.
•         budgeting  and  forecasting.
•         importing  and  relevant  procedure  operation

requirement                         
•         bachelor  degree  in  finance
•         fluent  in  english  and  mandarin
•         at  least  3  years  finance  related  wo***ng  experience    in  multinational  company
•         familiar  with  prc  and  us  gaap
•         good  personality‚  strong  communication  skill 
•         wo***ng  experience  in  big  4  accounting  firm  and  member  of  cicpa  is  preferred
