responsibilities：
• raw material development & sourcing for nashik and bd requirements :
o build & co***ol rm specifications
o meet timelines of new developments as required
o new raw material development
• cost optimisation and competency of china sourced rm / hw
o optimise raw material prices during development stage by benchma***ng of 3-4 suppliers and meet target costs
o co***ibute to cost reduction by collaborating with sourcing
• problem solving with factories‚ sourcing team and bd team
• liaison and collaborate with merchandising team to maintain rm consistency‚ upgrade know how of team and i***oduce new rm / hw
o co***ibute to innovation thru search of new applications of raw materials and also new category of materials.
• establish strict norms sops of rm development and alignment with standard in collaboration with qa team
• maintain relevant documentation and co***ol for each type of rm
