岗位职责
be responsible for the full process of the logistic issue related to import and export order. including sending order to supplier‚ checking the delivery time‚ choose / suggest the forwarder to customer‚ find the solution to cut down the logistic cost‚ keep customer informed with the shipment status. drafting the invoice / packing list / proforma invoice according to the information provided by the factory.
assist to the chief representative for the administrative issue‚ such as help *****anizing the ac*****modation like booking the flight ticket and hotel‚ office stationery recording and refilling‚ supporting the tax agent for some necessary government paper work‚ etc
相关经验、技能要求
good *****mand of english both written and oral cet-4 above.
achelor degree at economics management or international biz.
2 years above experience at import and export logistic position in the manufactory or shipping agent *****pany
some good back ground /wo***ng experience at the administrative position‚ such as dealing with government requirement for the trading *****pany
skillfull operating the office microsoft software
willing to wo***ng under pressure and independently
